Yeah. Save planet earth as we ain't got another one. But more importantly its good to cut those energy bills. Only problem is as soon as you get the loft insulation in then they bung the price of energy up! One thing I am curious about is that this kind of campaign has been on the go now for decades so I would have thought that virtually all older houses would be thoroughly loft and cavity wall insulated by now and of course all new builds have it in by regulation.....
Surprisingly, thousands of old houses in the UK were not yet insulated. By 2020, if all the energy companies will not lower down their carbon emissions, they will be fined 10%. So basically, it is a lot cheaper for them to give the funding to our company to do free loft and cavity wall insulation than get fined 10% by 2020. By putting the correct amount of insulation on the loft and walls, the homeowner can save up to 60% annually on energy bills.
