Refund of Priority Service

Just thought I'd post as I have applied for a refund of my Priority Service payment because they lost the Biometrics and we waited almost three months in the end. Not pinning a great deal oh hope on success but there may be lessons learned

At what stage of the process do you get the option to apply for priority? Just completing my application for spouse and was never offered option of paying for priority??? Applying through VFS Manila. Would there be any reason why someone wouldn't be offered option of priority?

My wife was asked/she asked for and paid for priority when she attended VFS in Cebu..

Thanks @Heathen . Do they only accept cash payments when paying for priority or can pay with card?

No, my wife has just told me they wont accept card at VFS Cebu, dont know if its any different in Manila..
