Received invitation from council to book citizenship ceremony but no home office letter received yet

I received an email from my local council on the 19/10/2023 inviting me to book citizenship ceremony as they already have my naturalisation certificate from the home office,however I have not received any email or letter of approval from the home office. My local council asking me to provide the letter on the day of the ceremony which is the 14th next month. I am now worried why i have not received any communication from the home office. Any idea if anyone is on the same boat and whether people are receiving email or letter from home office nowadays?

The communication will arrive in the next few days normally what’s happened is the decision maker has generated a positive decision and e mailed local council and Royal Mail with your decision letter are slower, you will get the letter in a few days

same thing happened with my wife 2 years ago.
