Anyone know what the procedure is if I can take my wife to New York on a long weekend on a UK spouse visa and Philippines passport?
The UK spouse visa is relevant to her return to the UK. She will need her brp card to get back in the uk. You will need to apply for an American tourisr visa for her since she is a Filipino national. She will not be subject to the visa waiver program. Given my experience with the USCIS in the states I would allow plenty of time.
