Anyone know if they are still quarantine foreigners when they land in Manila? I heard that spouse's of a Filipino don't get quarantined, is this true? I'm basically looking for any info regarding flying to the Phil's as I'm hoping to go sometime between September and December to see my wife. Thanks in advance

I can't comment about Manila airport but a man from USA and his Filipina wife had to quarantine in a hotel whist having a Q test, waiting for 2-4 days in a hotel at their expense. I should think ,Manila airport is the same.
