This means any RAW photo or retouched jpeg could be ruled inadmissible, almost any photo needs to be spotted to clean up the sensor dust these days, HDR would be automatically inadmissible as well. So Qatar get the rights to use thousands and thousands of photos for any purpose they seen fit without ever giving you the author a byline. Must admit they are not as bad as most, many of these submissions will take away your copyright as well.
