So it is. I now notice the Daily Mail reported it in 2010. This pre dates any connection I have ever had with the Philippines so it wont have caught my attention at the time. Upon reading about him, my wife drew my attention to it, asking me "Who is Prince Andrew?"
A retired helicopter pilot with a taste for the ladies. Personally I think he should by all means be seen with a good looking Filipina half his age - he can probably prove an income in excess of £18,600 a year.
