Fortunately most of them flock too Manila.
That said,I have definitely noticed a big difference in traffic here in our province town in the last 7/8 years.
The population explosion here is a Catholic thing.. Need I say more?

When will this Act (Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012) be fully implemented across the whole of the Philippines?

I do not think we will be pulling out of the EU anytime soon. Milliband will form a government along with the SNP and possibly the Greens. Other minority parties will not get a say in the matter.

I doubt it. The Catholic church are above such bills and so is God.
The congregation will be reminded of this every Sunday!
Free condoms will be painted and decorated with messages like.."HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANAK"!

We need some strong immigration laws to stop the flood of unwanted people into this country, unfortunately and realistically, that's not going to happen.

It will drag on and on until its too late, rioting and fighting in the streets, that's what will finally happen.

Election day is getting ever closer. Hardly changing day on day now in terms of the polls. Its almost a done deal. One might have to wait a full term before pulling out of Europe becomes a possibility again. So we are stuck with Europe wether we like it or not.

Farage is looking at a poor showing at the polls. Some predict just one seat for UKIP. It isnt going to be many. The bubble has burst.

I think its already too late.
I know that Filipino immigration laws and foreigners rights might seem draconian but as time goes on..I think they may have a point.

You mean "at all". There will not be a referendum on Britain's membership of the EU at any date in the future because no electable political party wants to deny its senior politicians the prospect of highly lucrative jobs in Brussels. So get used to it!

With very few exceptions now, the Philippine Bureau of Immigration knows how many foreigners there are in the country, when they arrived, when they're due to leave and where they're located. A boast the Home Office can not make!

If you ask the same to the our immigration staff they will have no clue.
