    Pop music sensation Sean Kingston has joined the ranks of Justin Bieber and Linkin Park's Chester Bennington - celebrities who have teamed up with the Asia division of the international animal rights organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). His message: "Chill with your dogs. Never chain them."
