please help

i received an email today,

,Your visa will be despatched shortly. Passports can normally be collected from the Visa Application Centre after 3 days depending on which country you applied from or will be couriered back to you only if you have availed of this service. UKVI


please whoever received same email...is it denied?

Hi hellrach15... This only means that you will receive your passport together with the original documents . If you have chosen the vip lounge service you will definitely receive it by courier or if you have pay the courier fee on a standard appointment. But if you did not pay any additional fee for courier you have to get your documents at the Visa application centre where you applied , You will only know if you got the visa if you receive your passport. Don't worry fingers crossed and have faith. Goodluck.

This means, mistakes excepting, that they have awarded you the visa. However, just in case they have made a mistake, leave the champagne on ice till you actually see it in your hand.
