Hi riza The weather in the UK is often very nice that time of year, particularly in the south (like London). We appear to be experiencing a drought this year so chances are that it may well be very sunny late May, but it is Britain, so you never know, it could rain from next week till September that's about how predictable out weather is Bound to be loads of Filipino's around Waterloo, loads anywhere in London, hope you have a great time!!!
Earl's Court area may be more ideal if looking for Pinoys, as there are a couple of shops and a restaurant that I know of. Oh........ And welcome aboard...!!!!!!!!!!!!
