    Hi,

I am an OFW in Dubai, UAE where I will also be processing my Fiancé Visa Application. Does anyone know if I it is necessary to have my Certificate of No Marriage and Birth Certificate authenticated or go through the Apostille process when applying for the UK Fiancé Visa? Or will my original "unauthenticated" documents suffice?

    Thank you!

Hi, its been a few years since we went through it but as long as the "unauthenticated" one is on the official PSA(NSO) paperwork then it is considered a "true' copy, rather than an unacceptable photocopy of it.

You can order PSA documents online https://www.psaserbilis.com.ph/Default.aspx

I would agree @ChrisTina . So long as your CENOMAR came from PSA then it will be considered as true copy. I applied for my Fiancee Visa late last year and used a CENOMAR that was not authenticated. Even though the Fiancee Visa was refused but it was for a different reason.
