This is just if you need to add or elaborate on anything regarding your application, for example I put that I had changed my address recently and that some of my financial documentation would have two different addresses on it. Its just a place for extra information if you need it, leave it blank of course if you do not require to add anything to your application. Good luck with the application
suggest maybe use 'other information' to list all the supporting evidence that is being provided to support the application?
Thanks! Another thing, if I printed the online application form, do I still need to answer VAF4a form or only the appendix 2? What date should I put in the "date signed" part. The day I will submit my application at vfs or the date I applied online? Thanks!
