    Hi Everyone.
I have been with my partner since2013 and we have one son together, who is now 2years old. My partner is still legally married to another Filipino and we are in the second year of the annulment process.
Unknowingly at the time of my sons birth I applied for a uk passport for him, which was denied, stating that British Law does not recognise me as his father, because mum is still legally married.
My question is if, and when , the annulment is granted, will he then be legible for uk passport.
I hope the final hearing is on14/02/2018.
