Have a bloody nerve??? Have a read of this story from the Daily Mail to get an idea of what these crazies are up to now! According to this story they have been placing stickers around Britain designating areas as enforced by Shariah (Islamic law), key word that gets my blood boiling is "Enforced".. Make no mistake about it, this is a threat and a poorly veiled one at that! So, the question needs to be raised: How do these people intend to enforce these "laws"? Now, personally you will never catch me drinking beer in the street, unless I come accross one of these signs and then I am straight off to the Off Licence for a bevvy so I can see who tries to enforce this crap. And I for one would be more than happy to use my right of self defence should any of these idiots turn up to enforce this rubbish...
I don't think they can enforce any laws, I reckon they are on a wind-up, if so, they are doing a great job....of being complete idiots.
I reckon some hotheads are testing the waters, and see what reaction they draw, so that something is planned accordingly. Load of useless garbage.
Glad to see it was a minority within a minority that plastered these about. But still, would love to challenge these idiots to "enforce" their law. Heck, I would buy a copy of zoo just to annoy them
It is theso called "minorities" which we have to be aware of. They are the ones to cause havoc.... Usually.... It takes one... Maybe if the authorities instead of thinking of nipping this behaviour in the bud would actually do something about it, we may enjoy some peace and quiet.
Spot on. Look, what they are doing is just posting stickers................it's not legally enforceable, but 'between the lines' makes most people feel uneasy. Vigilante action is a word that comes to mind. In principle I have some sympathy with those communities who are prepared to take this position to maintain an "ideal". Problem is that however logical it appears in today's often lawless society, it dictates boundaries without democratic consent.
