Hmm, on the one hand... The British Motorist, with a car with a fairly empty diesel (probably!) tank, needing to get home/to a meeting/to school/to the airport, stuck in the Middle of Nowhere /on the M25/etc On the Other Hand Some of the world's largest corporations.. Looks pretty evenly matched, wouldn't you say? (I do wonder if any member of the OFT's staff have ever filled a car up at South Mimms Services, on the M25 at Junction 23?)
