UKBA would deport her.... At the end of her sentence.... it would be really nice indeed... It would be splendid...!!!!!!! Not holding my breath .. tho...
Hmm. Not sure if she is herself born outside of the UK And Romania is part of the EU, so could we deport her?
I would be of the opinion, that EU citizen or not, If one breaks rthe law in the host country, then it would be perfectly permissible to deport the wretches. And ban them from re-entering the country, no matter what excuse they come up with. I always respected the law of the land, in all my 36 years here in the UK, and get really wound up, when I see stories like that or even worse, with sham marriages, and fake student visas.
Roma social security fiddler Dom, as others have mentioned, with free movement across the EEC I don't think that deportation is an option. However, can I suggest a hark back to the medieval times, and suggest that while in prison we brand a large T on her cheek..... that way everyone will know the type of person she is
