Hi, we are looking at submitting a report of birth to the Philippine embassy by post which requires the report of birth form to be notarised. We have asked a local notary public and we have been quoted £275-300, including a formal oath and UK document fee of £75 (can’t remember what it’s exactly called). The process and the fee seems all a bit too much for me, has anyone ever done this before? How did it go for you and how much did you pay, if thats ok?
