Anyway, Im so glad that I found this site and I know this forum can gave us an advice about our plan applying a spouse Visa after our wedding on Feb 2017. Anyway , I am here now at my fiancee's place (Knottingley West Yorkshire ) for 3 months for vacation. It's a nice place to live and very quite. On January 2017 me and my boyfriend will go back together to philippines for our civil wedding . Then we came into our mind that what if we apply a spouse visa so that I can stay longer here At UK . I seek an advice what are the very important documentd should we submit . do I need to change my surname in my passport after our wedding?thanks in advance . Cheers !
Welcome to the forum young lady, everything is here on the forum to make life a little easier for you as you begin your visa journey. It will make life a little easier for you once in the UK if you do change your name in your passport after marriage, you are not legally obliged of course.
