Hello everyone, My fiance arrived in the Uk but we had to cancel our wedding due to bereavement issues and he had to go back. Now he has less than 2 months left and is it doable to get married? Visa expires on 12th of Dec. We are planning to book premium application after marriage. Thanks.
Not yet, how do we go by in doing that? I have just arranged a standard ceremony. But its its nerve wracking as i dont know if we'll make it considering that we have to give 28 days notice.
As long as you get your application in before the visa expires that bit will be ok. Get all the visa stuff ready now so as soon as you marry you can apply
You might be able to do it if you only need 28 days of notice. I think with my experience it was more than 28 days coz I am a foreigner so it’s longer.
