But he said its easy for us to marry here because im here.. I just want to know what will happen to me if i marry him here? And what are the requirements need to submit if we get marry? What will happen to my visa that will last on Feb next year? Any advise please... Thank you

    hi--welcome to the forum.

if youre here in the UK on a visit visa you cannot get married here--you need to return to the philippines and apply for a settlement ( marriage ) visa from there.

what your chat mate wants is not possible.

    Korek.........

He will have to rein in and arrange for a wedding either here with the proper visa, or in Pinas.
You cannot abuse the privilege of the visitor's visa.
So, I would strongly advise him of following the rules closely, and if he does love you, he will wait for the right time under the right circumstances.

    have you two met, yet???
Or is this a silly question..?

Totally agree with the previous posts.

You'd have to be lucky to get around the 'red-tape' and actually get married. But in the event that you actually achieved it you'd be in breach of the visa restrictions you declared to understand and follow.
As such your stay in UK would be illegal on a number of counts including 'overstay' which is a criminal offence. Not good.
What kind of life would that be ?
Even no access to any health care at all or to any legal employment.

If he really loves you, of course he will marry you in The Philippines. I married my wife in The Philippines even though I was unable to walk when I travelled there. My Profile photo hides the fact that my left arm was on my wife's shoulder for support and my right arm on a wheelchair handle. You can click on the photo to see!

    Indeed.
That's listed as not being allowed on the UKVI visit visa webpage:-
    https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-visa/overview

    You can’t:

      • do paid or unpaid work
      • live in the UK for long periods of time through frequent visits
      • marry or register a civil partnership, or give notice of marriage or civil partnership
