Did you bother reading beyond the headline? I really do doubt it because the judge in the case found for the father and removed the previously imposed ban (on him taking his children to Ukip meetings).

It is also disingenuous believing what ex-husbands and ex-wives say in matters of their children who are often used as weapons against one or the other of their parents.

Polling by Lord Ashcroft indicates that both Conservatives and Labour face wipe-out in Scotland with the Tories losing their only seat and Labour losing all bar two or three - their losses to include Gordon Brown's constituency. The SNP are set to gain 50 seats giving them 56 in total but with Labour set to lose key marginals, a coalition between Labour and SNP would only have a majority of 3 in the House of Commons. Hardly a mandate to govern.

But will Labour be prepared to pay the SNP's price whose key demands include the immediate scrapping of Trident, an increase in public spending of £180 billion to mainly benefit the Scots and Scottish Independence?

Most certainly we want out of the central EU tenet of ever closer union and the removal of significant power from member countries (*).

(*) The official term is "member states", not countries. Frightening but true!

He frequently posts with such a lack of common sense like that, Mark.
It cracks me up the way you catch him out all the time, it makes this forum very enjoyable

There is no point in me even sending him a pm because he does have a history of copying them and putting them in the main forum for everyone to see o_O

You both missed the point. But what else can one expect.

I would do the same again with the PM, owing to the nature of its content. It showed the mans nasty nature.

    Nasty?
You are the member who has frequently insulted other members here.
If there is a prolonged discussion which you do not like, you lose all focus and hurl insults then throw your toys out of the pram, only to return to continue the same, unfortunately.
It seems you always want to have the last word so your comments appear to be incessantly puerile.

    Another thing.
If you start a thread, I never even look at what comment(s) you have to make as your views don't interest me whatsoever.
On the other hand, when I create threads, you can't wait to chip in with your juvenile venom.

If you don't like what I post, ignore me and continue with your own threads......Dear me :frust:

You condemn yourself with your own hand and it only goes to prove that you can not be trusted with confidential information.

Nasty messages more like. I objected to your nasty thinking and decided to expose you for what you are. I also did not want your warped thinking being pm'd in my direction.

Give me a minute or two and I will dig it out....

    Don't you get it?
You are the member who has been warned, not Mark or me!
You were also disrespectful to Timmers IMO.
You are digging yourself into a great big hole again, fellow member.

This was Markhams message to me about a man who was seeking advice from the forum. Anyone can read SunnyJims threads and see who he is or was.

Typically Markham sent this to me. Not being happy about its content and out of concern for SunnyJim, who is / was obviously a genuine newby looking for help, I decided to post it. Confidentiality goes out of the window out of such circumstances, I am afraid.

    "Happy New Year Guys!

I am starting to see red flags where SunnyJim is concerned, especially given his latest reply to John's (I hope) non-serious suggestion that he simply removes his children from school. Given the ages of his children, I think it's a fair bet that he's in his thirties, forties at the outside and one would assume is currently in employment. As a single parent he will almost certainly be known to Social Services and they would, I'm sure, take a dim view of a parent whose plans are by no means fixed or certain, removing his children from school on a whim. At worst they could take his children into care, a scenario where there are only losers.

I wonder if he does in fact have a fiancée that he's met in person or whether this is an "internet infatuation" and if that's the case, is it fair for him to involve his children in that drama? That red flag appeared (for me) by his question regarding rental housing for 3 or 4 months. If he really does have a fiancee that he's met, would they not have already discussed where they will spend their future lives together? Or maybe his fiancee is simply too young and inexperienced and answers such questions with the all-too-familiar "up to you".

I hope I am wrong about him but I fear I am right. Or he is a troll.

    Mark."

Am I? By who's reckoning. Do you really think it will matter to me what you conclude or what anyone who colludes with you concludes. Like I keep on having to remind you, there are some decent people on this forum but there are a handful of you who are neither representative of much outside the forum nor worthy of any real attention.

The world does not revolve around what you or Markham post or think.

    John.

Without knowing the background to this, Markham's PM appears quite reasonable, showing concern for the welfare of the kids.

By re-posting the PM you come across as a bumbling idiot, I am certain that is not the case.

Suggest that you edit and remove the PM from your post.

I have reported you for your disrespectful and provacative behaviour.

I also wish the PM from Markham to be used as evidence demonstrating his wilful behind the scenes conniving which is totally uncalled for, out of order and repugnant.
