    Hello All,

Can someone please let me know if there can be multiple filings of a tier 2 general visa at the same time?

I found 2 employers and both are saying they will be filing a tier 2 general visa for me. I don't want to say no to anyone of them as there is a chance that the employer I chose may postpone my job offer in UK and I will be losing the other employer as I decline their offer. So, I thought I will say yes to both the employers and let them file a visa for me, and then chose one of them for my employment and then pay the other employer as per the offer letter what all expenses he incurred becasue of me.

Can someone please let me know is it ok if two employers file a visa each other for an entry to UK?

Your suggestions will be really helpful to me. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks,
    AK

Effectively applying for 2 visas at the same time?
My guess is no. But it will be interesting to see what others say.

As an aside, are you having to pay your prospective employer(s) for your visa application etc? If so be careful that you know your prospective employer is genuine...

First of all, I wish to welcome you on our forum....:welcome:

And I was wondering if Is it all possible to see some of the correspondence from those prospective employers...???

This is to make sure about the job offers being genuine and not a well known Nigerian scam.

As soon as possible really, before they start pressurising you for payments.

Employers do not make Visa Applications. Period
They can only be sponsors for your personal application.

You (the visa applicant) must have a firm job offer and have receieved a Certificate of Sponsorship from that employer/organisation who MUST be a fully UKBA licensed sponsor in the UK.
Do be aware you can only have a job offer if you will not be displacing a suitable settled worker. This means that employers cannot offer a job to you if
it means that a suitable settled worker will be turned down for the job or made redundant.

Unless you are 'switching' into tier 2 visa your employer will also need to carry out a European wide Residence Labour Market Test

Please take time to look at this UKBA webpage called Register of sponsors and see if your 'Employers' are listed. Contact them to validate the contact details you have.

As Mr Aromulus has mentioned....this sounds very much like a scam to extract maximum funds from you with nothing in return.

Do your homework ..........research......let google be your friend

Why not ask these 'employers' for the Certificate of Sponsorship details?
