Aside from Walang Pera (lol) ... what phrases should every foreign tourist/traveller learn first to help them in Tagalog conversations? For me, I use my all round phrases like "Nakaka intendi ako ng conting tagalog, pero hindi masyado". That excuses me from everything, but what if one wants to learn a bit? What do you all recommend?
Hang on Tom that is the single most useful phrase in the whole of the Phillipines next one is Hindi ko alam.
lol, or in bisaya it's "ambot" lol actually, i was around loads of filipinos today and I used both Ambot and Hindi Ko Alam! lolz
