I'd been getting a few notifications from Microsoft about a number of suspicious log in attempts on my email account. Reviewed the activity and it's from Russia, Germany, Vietnam ... and there's alot! Anyway, installed this app on my phone Turned on Passwordless Access to my account... Just tap approve on the phone now - so hopefully no more problems or passwords to remember etc.
We had to use Microsoft Authenticator quite a lot back when I was working, it starts to become a pain when different services require multiple different authenticators but in general Microsoft Authenticator is pretty good.
