Youngest son has come up for the weekend from the Somerset area, my wife, his wife and daughter out summer road trip holiday clothes shopping , so we went to watch MUFC under 18s (Saturday) before going to the game today my son holds a season ticket as does a mate of his so if one of them cannot go to the game I get an invite . Had the chance to go and watch Everton play with a chap I work with (he and his wife hold season tickets and have done for many years but the health of his wife is not good at the moment) yes they, Everton, actually won after 13 attempts. Anyway a decent result for MUFC under 18s beating Liverpool under 18s 1 goals to 9. Cannot see that result being mirrored today! As Uniteds premier league season has never really got started and they have nothing to play for in this season premiership other than a high as possible placing I have mixed feelings about the result today, of course I want United to win, but if Liverpool win it then it will push them a bit closer to the title keeping Merseyside RED as it has been for many years and hopefully stop 115 cheat points city from buying another title.
