I know he is. Whipster, Whippy, Udonthani and jai_ren are all aliases of the same person. He's not terribly inventive, he tends to use the same aliases time and time again. But it's his writing style that really unmasks him.
so--really hes just a self-important troll on here to cause annoyance and offence. he could impress us all by apologising to @Ekuman1964 ......but we all know he wont even reply to this.
...and to follow on from my post earlier.. I would also encourage you to go visit her, for her peace of mind. If you were a Filipina woman asking advice, I would advise her that she gets the man to visit her in the Philippines for reasons of her safety. I am sure that you would agree that it takes a certain leap of faith on her part to fly to the UK on a tourist visa and be 'picked up at Heathrow' by a man that she has never met. Not to say that you would consider this, of course, but there are people out there who would try and lure unsuspecting women to a foreign nation only to kidnap them and use them as a sex slave in some capacity. Why don't you just do the gentlemanly thing and go and visit her?
I do agree with this. Not sure why, but it does somehow seem to be more appropriate for the man to do the first visit in circumstances like this.
Well, the 'Mail Order Bride' business was outlawed in the Philippines many years ago. Does anyone think it wise for a young lady from a third world country (if she's permitted to actually leave) to visit a man who is essentially a total stranger, in another country ? It is made difficult for very good reasons. Yes, wouldn't it be great for men to be able have a lending library of pretty young girls going backwards and forwards.

Yeah I had a feeling that was the case. No problem.. The reason for it all is that the user "jai_ren" (now banned) was a reincarnation of another member (also sometimes known as whippy or whipster) - who was banned from here for being obnoxious. I can only apologize for the tone of some of his remarks. They are not typical - most people here are a reasonably friendly bunch.
I admit to having clicked on the link as well. This wasn't exactly what I had in mind when I imagined my 'golden years'.
