'Little Bon Jovi' takes taxi driver, cops for a ride

    A man who introduced himself as "Little Bon Jovi," arrested for paying his taxi fare with a wig, was able to dupe the taxi driver and some policemen into transporting some sacks of rice from a warehouse he supposedly owns.
