The main problem is poverty. Once they see the money on offer, albeit little it may be at first, they soon develop that sense of false innocence and blame the "poreigner". As the recidivism demonstrated in the past by offenders in general demands some kind of drastic solution to the problem.
Poverty? I know people who live in abject poverty but wouldn't dream of noncing their kids out, I think it's more a total lack of morals and parental love, I would live on the streets if it meant my kids could eat, watch the stacey dooley doc, they were banking large amounts of cash, when does poverty end and begin, its lack of morality.
I don't agree, more to it than that, lots of people totally skint in this world who wouldn't dream of renting their kids out, it begins with the mindset and lack of morals.
