Hi All, I'm new here and need some advice from great minds of people here. I will be submitting my spouse visa application this Tuesday at VFS. I'm a bit nervous. My husband provided me his bank statements but he does not really put that much money, mostly over withdrawals because he puts his money in investments. I do have the copies of the investments. He scanned in and emailed it to me plus payslips and p60. No certificate of employment because it will take so long to get certificate of employment. there is original of his payslips, all are recent. Also statements from his letting agent because he got properties that he rented out. DO you think this will suffice? Thanks all. Foxyme
thank you KeithAngel. I'm really nervous. Are you sure this will not be a problem? I hope so. Tnx for the warmest welcome.
I dont think you need to worty in the slightest over the finances ,ou say he is investing so thats savings de ba? so i would be chilled and relaxed based on what ou say
I am slightly worried about the overdrafts........... But otherwise ok............ A very warm welcome aboard.
Welcome to the Forum Foxy!!! Did your husband send you a cover letter? It will be better if he explained in that letter about the overdrafts and investments... I guess In that way the ECO has more understanding about his finances. If that's the case you will have no problem! With my application 2 years ago, my husband explained about his finances why he didn't have much savings... Best of luck!
Welcome to the forum foxyme.. The only issue I can see (if it is an issue) is the overdrafts.. Though, if that goes against you and your mahal, then I would imagine that your husband would be able to easily rectify that within the following six months. But given his investments and that he has owned properties behind him, those might counter his overdraft and go well in his favor. Keep us posted either way.. Good luck
