Just got peace of mind - This is everything I require at the airport?

That should say ‘for’ not ‘got’

I am taking my fiancé and my two children to the UK shortly. When I get to the airport all I need to present is my passport, her philipinnes passport with fiancé visa, her cenomar and my children’s UK passports.

The children have never been out of the Philippines, we did ask at the TB centre if they should be vaccinated but they said it is not required because they are British citizens.

So I’m pretty much good to go right?

Check if you need CFO certificate - I am always a bit confused with CFO as you definitely need for spouse/partner - but not sure about girlfriend/fiancé (and, of course, the children)
But the lack of CFO is the biggest reason for “offloading” should you not have it. Hopefully you being with them will make it easier to deal with immigration.

Seems like you have it covered. Of course Filipinos have to pay travel tax to leave also. You can do it on line if you wish and avoid the hassle at the airport https://tieza.gov.ph/online-travel-tax-payment-system/
Check in at the airport asked my wife for this before asking for her passport

If you have been more than 6 months in the Phils, you will also need an ECC for yourself. (This can be processed at the airport...or beforehand, if you have time).

If your children are dual citizens, then present both of their passports... but actually book the flight tickets with their British ones.

All departing Filipinos are at present also required to complete (online) the eTravel form.

    Foreigners are NOT.

Hi and welcome the forum PhilPensioner!

I checked the bold statement above the other day and I'm pretty sure that since they completed the move from OnePass to eTravel that it's now fully enforced and that ALL departing travellers have to fill it in, I'll check again but I was pretty sure I am going to have to do this when I am on my way back to the UK after a few weeks upcomming holiday.

    Just checked :

And the options for Foreign Passport include Departure.

I last departed the Philippines on April 26th just gone, for a 3 week holiday to the UK with my dual national son.

I was not (as a foreigner) required to complete an eTravel registration.

I find Jennifer Terri on YouTube to be a good source of up to date advice on this sort of thing.
    .

They (infuriatingly) keep changing their minds on these procedures.

I (we) DID need the eTravel Registration upon RETURNING to the Phils...completed within 72 hours of the flight. I also had all of our vaccination cards to hand, though they were not checked.

Thanks for the welcome by the way. :like:

It's infuriating that they keep changing their systems and their laws.

Yes e-travel is required on entry to Filo by foreigners, but NOT when leaving Filo. However, locals have to now complete e-travel when leaving. And, as Phil.Pensioner has said, Jennifer Terri keeps Utube up to date with all and any changes.

My son and daughter are dual citizens also UK/Filipino. This is the first time they will have travelled to the UK. They are travelling with their British passports, so they would not have to complete the etravel?

Not if they are travelling on British passports

Will they not have to depart on their Filipino passports as they have no visa to be in the Philippines, yes I know they were born there so as such they are under Philippines citizenship till they leave then they can arrive in the UK on their British passports (they maybe asked to show the alternate passport they have at departing or arriving immigration). That is how I would interpret the requirements

From what I can see id say you are right. If you are a dual citizen and have a Filipino passport then you have to use etravel. Only forigners with no Filipino passport dont have to use it but i cant find anything that officially says that.

Just show both passports, as I did for my 7 year-old dual citizen son last month. You will need to complete the eTravel thing online when returning to the Phils though .

No, they do not have to complete the eTravel (when departing the Phils) if their tickets are booked using their British passports. When returning to the Phils, they will need the eTravel completing for them...should it still be in force at that time.

You would travel on the Philippines passport leaving as they are duel national under Philippines law as they have never left the Philippines and if requested you can show the UKpassport (which is probable) as reason for no visa required likewise at UK immigration enter on UK passport so no visa and have Philippines passport ready to show where you departed from

Just present both passports to the Immigration officer. Simple.

Ok thanks. Did your son have to use his Filipino passport number for etravel when he departed the Philippines with you?
