With reference to the retaliatory strikes against IS after the horrific murder of one of their pilots, yes.

Funny how positive Muslim-related events draw so little comments

I think what we are seeing from Jordan is a knee jerk reaction to one of their own being so brutally and humiliatingly killed.

Lets hope they continue, it may encourage other Muslim Nations to get more deeply involved in counteracting terrorism.

I think mainly because they don't involve the usual broad sweeping statements that generally get peoples backs up.

    Timmers, Stu...
What Jordan and the UAE (two Muslim countries) are doing is trying to destroy the horror that is "IS" and for that both of them should be praised very highly.
There is so little praise in the media and on forums like this for their actions.

Agreed, you'd think this would be all over the news but unfortunately it not negative so I dare say it'll get little air time. Wonder if the Daily Mail will pick up on it? lol.

King Abdullah's mother, Princess Muna, was born in Chelmondiston, Suffolk, better known as Pin Mill, so he's One of Us (speaking as a Suffolk boy and a messer-about-in-boats...)

A laugh is about the size of it with that future chip wrapper.
