You have to remember that today's media don't really care about the truth of the story and what was the reason to make it happen. They care only about the money. So the stories must be very dramatic and tempt as many people to read it as is possible. More people to click in the link and views more advertising banners the more money they will make. This is the only thing that is important in today's world. That's how the capitalism works. Nobody cares about you. People only care about the money.
