    Dear all

Just wondering if I need to add my salary if my wife is over the £18600 limit in her ILR application and she has been in full time PAYE since starting work from 2017

I have been contracting since end of 31 March 2021 and received an offer to go perm which I took from 1st April but now I have received another perm offer for a role and this would only give me 5 months payslips when her ILR comes to be applied for in November?

    Any thoughts?

    Kind regards
    Richard

if i can hi jack this thread.

the financial requirement is nonsense: in my case--i'm using savings rather than earnings--much simpler..
but the 2 & half times just doesnt make any sense at all--thats the formula for FLR applications meaning £18,600 times 2.5 years. ILR means--indefinite--not 30 months.
