ILR... doubts!!!

Having submitted the application and uploaded Mandatory documents, I'm now doubting if we have used the correct form...
My doubts arose from the fact that we were not asked for any Financial information - just my Wife's BRP and Passport!

When I searched for "apply for ILR Visa" online, the first/only option I recall was 'on the basis of your Private Life'...

Fast-forward a few days and the same search brought up 'as a Partner/Spouse'! No way of knowing if they are the same form?

If I have 'f***ed up' is it likely to be automatically be rejected - and another £3k fee be payable??? :(

What's really annoying is, it doesn't say anywhere "Don't use this form if..." or "Only use this form if..." (or words to that effect) - as it does with some versions of the application form!

Best case scenario would be a message from UKVI asking for more information (e.g. Financial)...
    Worst case... Rejected!
Of course, not much will happen for the first few weeks after it is submitted, so worrying time ahead!

    Fingers X'd...

You should of used form (m) this link https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/application-to-settle-in-the-uk-form-setm

did you? If so you can still go back into scanning and submit your finances and upload just do it before your biometrics
If you didn’t you could print one off and complete the form and try and submit it at your biometrics
You could even complete hard copy and upload it into your docs and see what happens.
For your finances submit what you did for FLR updated to current.
    Best I can suggest

All good suggestions - will look into uploading the Financial documents etc...

Is it possible to print/Save a blank copy of the correct form? Any idea how...?

Only ever printed the form at the end so not sure if you can print once complete you may have to try saving each page to your desktop and print.
Play around for best results let us know pls

I have a version of Adobe that allows me to download the blank PDF form, fill in on-screen - my handwriting is 'pants'! - then Save it, so am ploughing through the SET(M) application form now...

Ploughing through the (hopefully now correct!!!) SET(M) application form, I can't find any mention of HOW MANY pieces of evidence are required to prove living together at the same address???
I vaguely remember - from previous applications - it might be 6 in Joint Names, OR a mix of Joint and Individual names, e.g. 3 in Joint names AND 3 EACH in Individual names (total 9 pieces), OR 6 EACH in Individual names (total 12 pieces)? Evidence should be dated spread across the last 2.5 years, since previous FLR application?

Can anyone confirm if my recollection is correct?

Some useful information in the link posted suggests queries will be offered by UKBA they will contact you re wrong form used.
I always try pre empting so if you have found correct form complete scan and upload also take hard copy to biometrics. Explain in letter and at biometrics they will help you get there
Letters are 6 in joint or 12 if own names spread over ( these are guidelines) for wife’s daughters ILR we stuck in letters over a 5 year periodd( teenagers get very few letters) for wife over last couple of years

Hi @UKDJ I checked my documents list when I submitted my ILR application. It says , 6 letters and/ or other documents addressed to you and your partner at the same address to show that have been living together during the past 2.5 years.

Just submitted ILR application for my wife and step-daughter. Same here, for my wife they just asked for BRP and Passport however for my step-daughter a whole load more. There is the option to add other useful documentation that you feel may help your application so for my wife I looked up what I submitted for LTR and added all of that. I did also pay the extra for document checking which less than an hour after submission I received confirmation that for both wife and step-daughter all required documentation was correct. Had their biometrics done yesterday and they agreed all present and correct so fingers crossed!

I'm working on the premise of 6 months, before being told I've f***ed up, anything less is a bonus!
At least it gives us plenty of time to bolster our savings, to pay another fee (original fee SHOULD eventually be refunded), and subsequently BC...!
