Agree with the above, look at it that you and child have come through 3 visa applications providing the same information applying for BC registration is not a lot different on the personal side.

Hi! Did you manage to submit step parent patental responsibility? If so, please can you let me know the process? I am assuming you have already submitted your registration for your daughter, did you wait for a year to submit it or did you submit it same time as you? Please if you could kindly post the process and requirements you have submitted for you and your daughter's citizenship. Thank you so much.

If you need step parent responsibility ease of getting depends on whether other parent named on birth certificate and if named then whether they are still alive. If not named or dead then can fill in forms at local family court, both sign there and sent off to family court in London with birth certificate Ans father death certificate if appropriate who stamp and return a copy which is the agreement you use. If father named and still alive then need court agreement and formal hearing and will want natural father input.

I have a question regarding ILR can you apply at 4 years 11 months even if your visa runs out a few months later, do you have to wait until a month before the visa runs out or when the 5 years is up ie the earlier date? also when can you take the life in the u.k test anytime like now which is a year before my wife needs to apply is it only taken once and lasts for good or are their rules when you take the test like how long before ILR application etc

You can appply 28 days prior to the 5 year anniversary of landing in the UK (unless you arrived on a fiancée visa) and upto the day your BRP valid date
