I don't wish to be flippant as this is a serious story and very painful for Mr Houston but why shouldn't I just get a tourist visa for James, then bring Ana in on her Korean passport and Janna on her British passport, then just let them overstay and argue the toss when it comes to anyone moaning about it. Looking like it, these days.. Spend months, years and spend so long paying this agency, that agency and getting everything ready. Then somebody gets in the UK and can't be deported as it might breach his human rights??? Remember that Chimono deportation controversy, where the murderer of Philip Lawrence could not even be deported to Italy???? I mean, Dom can enlighten us all here but I doubt Italy is a country where a persons freedom is threatened Seems that following the rules simply means spending more time and money sometimes..
Yeah..... I hated that bloke with a passion... Unfortunately, for us, all his family was over here, and he doesn't speak a word of italian...
