Booked Hotel Primera for one night in Zamboanga City Location wise the hotel is not too far from the airport, a short walk will find a taxi or trike available to take you anywhere. The bed was comfortable enough but facilities were severely lacking, there is no disabled access to the hotel only steps and no elevator, just one spiral staircase in the center of the lobby leading up to the rooms. Staff are attentive enough to help with the luggage upon checking in but that's about the only positive thing I can say about this place. There is no hot water and the drains/water stinks of sewage, I genuinely wasn't sure whether it was the drain or the water itself I could smell and neither was my partner. She called the front desk to ask about the hot water situation and was told 'It's under maintenance' and hung up on, fortunately we were only here for the night so survived but she was not impressed to say the least. We had breakfast vouchers included but upon checking the options the following day nothing was prepared (they seemed shocked someone wanted food?) and we had a flight to catch so I can't comment on quality. Would not book this place again unless I was desperate.
