    Continuing to be a thorn in the side of the UKBA and by extension, the Home Office. I've asked a few questions that I think are very important. So I've asked them...

    Apart from an acknowledgement, no reply yet...

    Just to make it clear to everyone. If you work for the UK Border Agency as an Administrative assistant in London, your salary is £14,924 per year! So, your employer would deny you are none EU spouse to enter the UK (and worked in that job).. Hence a clear breach of the Working Time Directive in my opinion...

    Yes. And I have come across examples of people (sponsors) working for the NHS that don't meet the government's £18600 minimum requirement and so struggle to reach Spouse Visa / Fiancee Visa requirement if at all.

    How ironic.
