A couple of weeks ago, I post about the UK fiance(e) visa query but I don't know where it goes? anyway, My partner from Uk will visit me here in Singapore this coming September. We would like to file a fiancee visa as soon as possible early next year. My question is would it strenghten my application for fiancee visa If I visit him on visitors visa first before I submit my fiancee visa application? Your advice is highly appreciated. thank you very much, rey taurus
In terms of relationships the UKBA rules are:- - That you have met in person - That your relationship with your partner is genuine and subsisting - That you must be seeking entry to the UK to allow your marriage or civil partnership to take place The UKBA also state that:- Certainly the cost of a Visitor visa itself is very small and the decision process is quick. You don't provide much background information about your fiance or about your relationship, but anyway in principle I personally doubt if the fact you visited UK will have any bearing on the decision of a settlement route visa, provided you are already fully compliant with the Fiancee Visa requirements. Have you checked to confirm your eligibility for Fiancee Visa? Take a quick look here to understand the basic principles If you'd like to experience and enjoy a visit to your Fiance in UK do go ahead, but don't do it solely on the basis of any key impact in the review of a subsequent Fiance(e) visa application.
Sorry to nitpick, but for a master's degree student, the grammar and sentence construction are utterly shocking..... Are you taking the mickey, or has your family wasted money in your education...?? Welcome aboard.. Oh, by the way........... You are in Islamabad..............182.186.154.121
