    Yes, they are all valid.

You are getting mixed up with official documents required in order to get married - those need to be less than 6 months old. As for the evidence required to get a spouse visa, the financial evidence are required to be up to date. So if you need to provide 6 months worth of payslips, don't show 6 months from 6 months ago, they need to be up to date, but emails, pictures, screengrabs from Facebook - those can be years old if your relationship goes back that far.

There are quite a documents that a) have an expiry b) are required to be 'current' and compliant with immigration rules.
Without actually seeing the documents you have concerns with then no-one can say.

Can I kindly suggest you review the evidence that will be submitted and be sure that they remain compliant.
An obvious example would be bank statements and any supporting documents relating to employments etc
Most of the key requirements do need to be less than 6 months old.
Relationships need to be subsisting (means currently ongoing)

There are also documents that are needed for arranging your marriage and these too must be up-to-date.
For example the UK CNI has a validity of 3-6 months (depending on the country of marriage)

Hope this will help you and give you a hint what needs to be done to minimize risks.

In the Charles Dickens novel 'David Copperfield' Micawber is the character who lives in optimistic expectation of better fortune.
