I paid with a credit card from the UK, I just logged into my loved ones account and paid but I did have problems (others too had problems) getting the payment through, just persevere if that happens to you.

Remember that you make your appointment online for the submissions of the application at the VFS office so make sure you send your documents over to the Philippines before that date using DHL, and only use DHL.

Or did I read that you were flying over to be with your future husband to submit?

I am already booked on a flight 4th April till 18th April so being there would be so good but if not then any time after would be OK as I will take doc with me

Just put IPS UK, I would like to think the case worker can just take a look at your passport copy if he has any doubts.

I'm surprised you do not have place of issue or IPS on the biometrics page of your passport, take another look, I assume it is your current passport?

when you submit the online app--and pay the fee--you then select a date to hand in at VFS manila. just make sure everything is finished and ready to go before you do.

i put IPS as the issuing authority on my passport--simply because thats what was on it.

on my passport it says Authority HMPO thats it nothing else

That will do "Her Majesty's Passport Office."

would you answer that for both questions ?

i would--just put HMPO. the case officer will have your copy of your passport there to see for himself.

are you going for the fast decision service ?

Just put HMPO United Kingdom that will do the trick nicely, but if you do know the specific Passport Office you applied to then put that in the place of UK.

People normally apply to the closest Passport Office to them, see the list below, there are only six passport offices in the UK.

I have just put HMPO Liverpool for the place of issue and HMPO for the authority.....as they will have a copy of my passport I hope this will be ok

That's more than enough, don't worry about it you're nearly there.

You're doing the right thing to go through the application a few times maybe ask a mate to peruse it too, its not the hardest thing in the world to make a mistake.

well we have checked and checked and wen by boyfriend wakes up we will check again then when I am at work I am going to submit the online application
