Hello... Sorry needing help again I have nowhere else to run to but here. I'm currently doing my citizenship application but got confused of the surname part in the form. So I have 2 surnames in my Filipino passport, middle name from my dad and surname from my husband but the application only asked for Given & Surname (no middle name). I'm aware there's only 1 surname in the UK but how should I write my name when it says it should also match with my passport? Thanks

Use last name in passport which will be your husbands name as you changed it on marriage.

Your middle name is your surname from your father.

Should be able to put given and middle name in the given name section.

    That way should match passport

Hello, thanks for the reply. This is what I did before but had an issue cos they thought it was my 2nd name so all my documents didn't match.
