Not sure if anyone else has done this but I joined a gym here in Valencia, Bukidnon:like:

I also took in my future brother in law and the cost for us both to join for a month plus daily personal training cost 4,700 pesos in total. 1,000 pesos each to join and the rest for the training.

So far, it is really good. Painful, but good...:boxer::D

We train Monday through to Friday. Resting over the weekend..

Considering this cost less than 70 British pounds and a British personal trainer comes in at about 25 pounds per session, I think I did good:)

    And I've lost half a stone already....:like:

    Hello Kuya,

    Well done!

7lbs is a lot in a short time.

Who knows... With luck. Got some fitness back which was a big thing. Did an hour on the treadmill yesterday, not done that for a few years..

I used to jog 20 miles every week and had to stop when my feet started playing up and I lost a few days self-employed work

Money became more important when I met my future wife, love focusses things.

Before she arrived in the UK, I couldn't wait to jog as it gave me time to shut off from the world and concentrate on thoughts of when my wife would be with me. Very therapeutic :like:
Now, I just seem to work, work and work.

Oh and run around the house like a mad fool trying to stop our toddler from doing things she shouldn't :erm:

When they are calm there is nothing like it, the sense of family life :D

Keep up the fitness Kuya, you will reap the benefits :like:
