Why stick with that model, it does not have the best of reviews? If you were shopping in the UK, Google has an excellent online shopping facility, that also allows you to set your location in order to find a local retailer, example: Canon Powershot SX150 in UK. However setting Manila as the location does nothing! The Google Philippines site does not have a shopping search, however it finds several highly dubious price search engines, none of which I would trust. My advice, find your local camera dealers, go in, have a talk with them, see what cameras they have available in stock, then compare the prices and specifications.
No idea on where to buy in Manila, I think most of us here would just venture to the Mall of Asia or similar, not knowing those local places that have really cheap deals..
