Today, Joy and Myself collected our wedding licence from Valencia city hall after meeting all of the requirements. As soon as we had it, we then went upstairs and booked the wedding ceremony to take place with the Mayor (though if he is busy we get a local Pastor - but it is booked now)

So is the reception and food - booked and paid for...

Now, just sitting tight and waiting for the big day:D

No mention of the pre-wedding seminar/counselling then ?

We got it reduced to a questionnaire because the person who does the seminar speaks hardly any English. After the questionnaire they simply said that we differed on 3 questions so we were compatible ;)

Thanks Everyone... Though I must admit to settling for fruit salad as part of the reception package (it contains macaroni and cheese - ), though I did so under extreme duress....

I am not knocking personal tastes, Mike, it is just that in my eyes it looks unedible/undrinkable...

Looking at the ingredients I would say it is up there with the fruit salad with cheese, macaroni and corn! Up there on the "things to avoid list"..
