Anyone out there who can recommend some good bands from Philippines? I've coke a cross a few, but always interested to find new stuff out there. Best I've come across so far is a group called Imago. It seems most of their stuff is from around 10 years ago now. A couple of others. Sandwich seem quite good - even if they have a terrible name! In November I saw a band while I was in Manila called Big Band Syndicate at the Aliw Theatre. I believe it was an amalgam of musicians from many groups. God gig though. Better than I thought it would be. Come on you lot. Give me some Pinoy rock to savour!
