He definitively doesn't like doing "time" for his stupidity in driving under the influence of drugs, so he wants to ask for bail until an appeal is heard. I hope the judge will see sense and leave him to rot there in Pentonville, something he richly deserves. By letting him off on bail, it would send the wrong message, as if the crime wasn't important at all. Lets not forget that the slimy character drove into the side doors of a happy snaps photoshop, risking to crush pedestrians to death, while happily dozing off after smoking a spliff...
