Hi everyone, It's been a while since I have posted. Can anybody please enlighten me of which form or link to use for visa application of a child of an ilr holder and British citizen? Do we pay IHS , because most people I know who are on ILr or citizen said they did not paid IHS. If u are asked to pay, it means there is a mistake on the form/ or details u have provided. Thank you
You need form SET M No you won’t pay the NHS surcharge but you must obtain a NHS surcharge number the Surcharge system will give you this number and advise you that there is nothing to pay
