I have an English friend who lives in Coventry and wants to know how easy it is to find an internet cafe there so his wife can send him details of the many treatments he seems to always have to pay for over there. I think he maybe getting taken for a ride so I suggested that he asks her to go to an internet cafe to send him copies of medical bills etc. Thanks mate.
Hi Mike, Don't know how to change the private message function. There's plenty of internet cafe's downtown Dumaguete, best to look opposite Silliman university on Silliman Avenue. Lots of students use these, better to go when there is school holidays. If she lives in Dumaguete she will know where to look.

Thanks, Jim. The man is so generous and I fear he is being taken for a ride. So many medical emergencies is a red flag and easy for us to spot but not easy for some men. I have sent him a message on WhatsApp and I hope he gets wise. "I'm not trying to interfere, xxxx, but maybe best for her to go to the internet cafe's and start sending you copies of her many medical bills that you have been paying for.
